AACC is committed to providing current and progressive technology to enhance and support the college mission.
In order to provide superior service to the college community, regular maintenance is required. In an effort to lessen the impact on students during our routine downtime scheduled on Friday evenings, AACC has implemented a new downtime schedule effective January 2014.
Scheduled maintenance occurs on the 2nd Friday of each month starting at 6:30 p.m. for updates to all products and systems that support MyAACC to ensure that all system outages affecting students are performed at the same time. Student related services such as ANGEL LMS, MyAACC portal, www.aacc.edu, student email access and the Self Services tab will only be affected once a month. We will continue to reschedule any downtime that coincides with a major college event, such as final exams.
