To apply for credit by exam: 

• Complete an application for admission if you are not currently a student. 
• Obtain a Credit by Examination request form from the appropriate departmental office. 
• If approved, take the form to the Accounts Receivable office in the Student Services Center and pay application and exam fees.   
• Return the form to the division chairperson and arrange a time to take the exam.

Other Types of Exams given by the Testing Office:

• The Testing Office administers examinations for classroom and distance learning courses, and certificate exams such as College Level Examination Program (CLEP), Prometrics, Pearson Vue and Certiport. 
• Academic exams are given during open hours at the Arnold campus, while Certiport, Pearson Vue, Prometrics, and CLEP exams are by appointment only. The Testing Office also provides proctoring services for Other School Test (OST) for individuals or groups.
