Are you an AACC student looking for another institution close to you to proctor your exams?
Anne Arundel Community College Testing Office is part of the Consortium of College Testing Centers (CCTC). The Consortium of College Testing Centers (CCTC) is a free referral service provided by the National College Testing Association (NCTA) to facilitate distance learning. The purpose of the CCTC is to make test administration services available to students at educational institutions away from their campuses. These services are provided in traditional paper-pencil formats as well as by on-line, web-based servers at some sites. Learn more information about Distance Learning (Online/TV/Hybrid courses).

Click here to locate the distance testing centers in CCTC.

Note: Some testing services are not available at all Consortium locations or at all times.
Please consult with the specific institution for availability.

Please print these directions for reference.

Note: Other institution/college/independent testing centers may have different policies than AACC’s Testing Office. Be sure to follow all their requirements.

  1. Please access the NCTA link.
  2. Please click on required state.
  3. Please choose city/site.
  4. Request your instructor send the exam to selected city/site (school or independent testing center).
  5. The instructor completes the required direction form for the other institution/college/independent testing center. If the exam must be returned to the instructor via mail, a postage paid envelope with the instructor's address (usually college/university mailbox location) is required. If the exam is online without the above mentioned envelope, the other site will assume the test will be sent to the instructor electronically.
  6. Students should note that at other institution/college/independent testing centers there maybe a fee. Please be sure to follow their requirements with the due dates of this fee.
  7. The day of the exam, students should bring the required numbers of picture ID.
