Q: I have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and I need special testing accommodations, what should I do?
A: Contact the Disability Support Services (DSS) Office 410-777-2306 or Maryland Relay 711, 72 hours in advance or e-mail dss@aacc.edu to request special accommodations.
Q: What are the Testing Office hours?

Q: Can I test at any AACC testing office?
A: Ask your professor if exams will be sent to any of the other testing locations (Arnold, GBTC or AMIL).
Q: Will my child be allowed to sit in the testing room with me while I take my exam?
A: No, young children are not allowed in the testing rooms, nor are they allowed to sit unattended outside of the office.
Q: If I miss my exam, is it safe to assume that my exam will be sent to the Testing Office within a day or two?
A: No, it is your responsibility to contact your professor to make arrangements.
Q: What can I do if I do not remember my professor's name or course number?
A: Check the current schedule of classes or access your MyAACC account.
Q: What do I have to do to take a CLEP PDF test?
A: Contact the Testing Office 410-777-2375 to schedule a CLEP Test. Currently the CLEP tests are offered only at the Arnold Campus. Testing dates are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Then make the $30* payment to AACC and on test date make the final payment of $72* to ETS. (*as of 7/1/2009)
