The Cashier's Office at AACC is located on the main campus in Arnold in the Student Services Center, first floor. You can pay for classes, check balances, receive invoices, submit waivers or tuition assistance information, and purchase Gift of Education cards.

Important Notices

Phone/E-mail/In Person Inquiries
When making inquiries either by phone or e-mail or in person, please have ready the student ID number, also known as Account Holder Number. It is the most efficient way of accessing the correct student's account. Thank you, your cooperation in this area is much appreciated.

Cashier E-mail Mailbox
Cashier e-mail mailbox is monitored only during weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Messages sent after 4:30 p.m. weekdays will be checked and answered the next business weekday. For concerns that would need to be handled during business hours, please call our office during our open hours listed to the right.  Outside normal operating hours, offices are closed during the following times:

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
Will close for the weekend as of 4:30 on Friday, May 24 
and remain closed through Monday, May 27
Return date is Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 8:30am

SATURDAYS IN JUNE 
The offices in the Student Services Building will be closed on Saturday, May 25 for the
Memorial Day Weekend.  We will then remain to be closed on
Saturdays throughout the month of June.  We will resume Saturday
hours on July 13, 2013 - 9am to 1pm.

INDEPENDENCE DAY BREAK 
 We will close as of 8pm on Wednesday, July 3 for the
Independence Day Break. 
We will remain closed through the weekend.
Return date is Monday, July 8, 2013 at 8:30am

    

Classes are usually not scheduled during holiday break times.  You should check
 with your specific class/instructor for more detailed information.

No payments should ever be submitted via e-mail.
Information specific to any student's account can only
be answered through MyAACC student e-mail.
