Payment Plans By Term

The Cashier's Office at AACC is located on first floor of the Student Services Center on the Arnold campus. You can pay for classes, check balances, receive invoices, submit waivers or tuition assistance information, and purchase Gift of Education cards.

Phone/E-mail/In Person Inquiries
When making inquiries either by phone, e-mail or in person, please have ready the AACC ID number.  It is the most efficient way of accessing the correct student's account.  Your cooperation in this area is much appreciated. Thank you.

Cashier E-mail Mailbox
Cashier e-mail mailbox is monitored only during weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Messages received after 4:30 p.m. weekdays will be checked and answered the next business weekday. For concerns that would need to be handled during business hours, please call our office during our open hours listed to the right.
