WebTrain

WebTrain is a powerful and exciting technology that enables students and teachers to communicate visually and verbally in an online, virtual classroom.

Using WebTrain can be compared to standing at the chalkboard with your teacher in a classroom. In this virtual environment, you and your teacher are able to communicate with each other and you are both able to write on a whiteboard. The teacher can demonstrate and describe the steps to solving a problem or you can work on a problem together. You can ask your teacher for assistance on an assignment problem or for an interpretation of a concept from the lesson as well as interact with other students. The advantage is that you can hear what your teacher is saying, plus you can see what your teacher is doing.

WebTrain works effectively with any type of Internet connection, even dial-up connections.
