Step 7 – Access Your Course
On the first day of class, access your course by going through the college’s portal page at http://myaacc.aacc.edu. All first-time online students will be automatically enrolled in VCO 101- Virtual Campus Student Orientation. This orientation is free and does not carry credit hours. It is designed to acclimate the first-time online student to the virtual learning environment and includes tutorials on learning the tools and features of the learning management system, tips for success, and online resources. First-time online students will find the orientation under the My Courses tab in MyAACC and are encouraged to complete the orientation prior to the first day of class. (This orientation is also accessible to all students in online, hybrid, and web-based courses from the course homepage, allowing students to be able to refer to it in the future if necessary.)
