Orientation Opportunities - Spring Term

The staff of the Virtual Campus will conduct an optional face-to-face orientation to introduce students to online learning. Attend the orientation or complete the online orientation. See Online Orientation below for information on accessing the orientation.

Campus Orientation

The optional face-to-face orientation will be conducted on:

Additional Help

For your convenience, the Technology Learning Center - (TLC) Arnold campus, Annex A building, or the Computer Commons, CRSC building, room 264 will also be available to help students on a walk-in basis. Upon arriving, please sign in at the TLC desk.

Online Orientation    
An online orientation is available in your course. On the first day of class, access your course in the learning management system and click on the Orientation tab in the upper right hand corner. The orientation includes tutorials for using the learning management system, tips for success, student testimonials, and resources.

Note: First-time online students, you will be able to access the online orientation early through MyAACC. To access the orientation, click on the My Courses tab in MyAACC. Next to Course Schedule select the term from the drop-down menu. Click on the Virtual Campus Student Orientation title to open your orientation. To best be prepared for your online course, complete the orientation prior to your online course start date.
