CONGRATULATIONS Student Winners!

Congratulations to the following AACC Students and Alumni whose work was selected and featured in Wordscapes, this year's League for Innovation literary anthology. The thoughtful and creative interpretations of the theme “wordscapes” were wonderful additions to the final printed anthology.

• "Shout," by Heather Haynes, featured in the Fiction section
  
• "E," by Joanna Kudlik, featured in the Essays section
  
• "The Black Cat," by Christine Killmayer, featured in the Poetry section
  
• "She’s not just a placeholder," by Mark Peria, featured in the One-Act Plays section
• "Wordplay," by Carol Zimmerman, featured in the End Notes section

Design and artwork was selected due to the imaginative, exploratory and expressive entries submitted by these students. The student work was featured in the League for Innovation Student Literary Competition Wordscapes anthology - over 1200 copies were printed and distributed internationally!
