We are pleased to present some of the area's leading experts and educators in their field.

Lynn O’Connell is a licensed tour guide and travel agent leading tours for Women Traveling Together. She has had a variety of experience from the U.S. Department of State to leading international groups of teenagers.

Merrily Powers is an avid folk art painter and a certified One Stroke instructor.

Donald Rous is a private contractor who has been in the residential home improvement business for 30 years.

Nadine Sachs is the vice president of the Maryland Association of Professional Organizers. She is the owner of Organized2Succeed, which focuses on both residential and small businesses.

Dawn Poley Schulman is a freelance artist who enjoys working in multi-media and is the creator of Beneficent Beads, which donates its proceeds to charitable organizations. She is the program developer for the Women's Institute. 

Ally Tiemey started out in theater then after a brief stint teaching for Baltimore City Public Schools, she began Suriya Designs. She designs and sews handbags and other accessories sold locally and online.

Julie Walsh is a National Board Certified Naturopathic Physician and owner of Vis Vitality and Wellness, LLC in Columbia, Md. She received her training at the University of Bridgeport, Ct. Ms. Walsh not only sees individual patients, but is very committed to community education as well.

Sue Westenburger is an experienced educator and avid crafter. She has taught continuing education at AACC for 15 years. Her specialties are small quilting projects and baby quilts.
