CAPS 3: Specialized Design and Equipment for Livable Homes | Explore design solutions and techniques for professionals whose clients require specialized design and equipment to live and thrive in their homes. Whole house product specification and installation techniques are accompanied by practical, hands-on activities. Successful completion of CAPS 1, 2 and 3 allows students to apply for NAHB's CAPs designation. CEUs issued. $370 includes $207 fee. Note: Required for the National Association of Home Builders Certified Aging-in-Place specialist designation. Can be an elective for NAHB's Master CSP and CGA designations. Provides 6 hours of continuing education credits for CGA, CGB, CGR, GMB, CSP, Master CSP, CMP and MIRM. Provides 0.6 continuing education credits for AOTA (NAHB is a registered provider with the American Occupational Therapy Association Inc.)
