Self-Defense Training Basics Develop fundamental skills for self-defense. Practice basic strikes, blocks, punches and counters. Demonstrate basic grapples and stance as practiced in military training. Apply self-defense skills and techniques in simulated scenarios. Cost: $79+ includes $7 fee.
