AACC has increased the number of in-person courses that will be offered in spring 2022. In addition, hybrid, hybrid sync, online and online sync options continue to be offered to meet the wide range of student needs and preferences.

Office Hours

Office hours for faculty teaching in-person will be scheduled with consideration to social distancing needs in addition to offering virtual office hours. Faculty will let students know when and where their office hours will take place in-person, if applicable.

Devices Available

If you're dealing with unreliable technology or your device is no longer working, we might be able to help!

We have a few ways to get electronic devices for your classes:

  • The AACC Bookstore has several devices in stock priced with an academic discount built in. The bookstore is offering free shipping for all online orders to assist students at a distance. For information email
  • Students may be eligible for technology/device assistance through the college‚Äôs HelpLink program. For information email
  • Current students may borrow tech gear from Truxal Library. To check out a webcam or headset, students may come directly to the circulation desk. For laptops and hotspots, a user contract is required. To start the process, email  from your MyAACC email address. Students unable to come to the Arnold campus will have the option to request home delivery of devices at no cost. Distance students who only require a webcam may submit our webcam shipping form.

Exams and Testing

All online courses are encouraged to offer the option to test remotely. Faculty may contact their assistant dean or director for more information.

Testing in face-to-face courses are encouraged to occur in class. Faculty are encouraged to work with the Testing Center. As always, make up exams for in-person sections can be offered in the Testing Center by appointment.
