Healthy Livng for Older Adults

Healthy Living for Older Adults Experience the ancient Chinese exercise form called tai chi. Learn deep breathing and balance drills that benefit muscles and joints, enhance vitality and promote a calm mind. Enrollment limit: 30. $16 fee. Note: Since moderate physical activity is involved, students must provide appropriate health information to instructor if you are under a physician's care.
