Section Info: Omalley Senior Center | Seated Exercise | Chair exercises are designed to be a safe and effective means to move all parts of the body without undue stress. The goal is to improve flexibility and strength from a seated position; at times standing behind the chair is an option. This is a beginner level class and is also suitable for anyone with special limitations.
