TEC-536 First Line Supervisor

Learn critical skills and strategies for effective supervision. Examine various supervisory dilemmas to apply to specific managerial problems. Review mock scenarios that routinely confront the first line supervisor every day. Learn about accountability and responsibility as well as the supervisor?s role in institutionalizing ethical behavior. Focus on the supervisor?s use of counseling as a behavioral control technique to solve performance related problems while providing a foundation for future performance expectations. $200 includes $144 fee.
