ServSafe Alcohol Training and Certification | Examine alcohol laws and responsibilities for managers and employees. Review safe practices for serving alcohol and identify how to deal with difficult situations. Students passing the exam will receive the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation ServSafe Alcohol Advanced certification. Textbook information available at AACC Bookstore.
