AACC Launches Vaccination Certification Form

In response to the COVID-19 delta variant, starting Friday, Oct. 1, AACC requires all students and employees to either attest to being fully vaccinated or test for COVID-19 each week prior to coming to campus for in-person classes, services or work.

Starting Monday, Sept. 20, students and employees can submit proof of their vaccination status by digital means. We ask all students and employees to complete the form, which provides multiple options from fully vaccinated to partially vaccinated to declining to respond.
