Jennifer Schuster has been active in the design community for more than 20 years.

She began as a junior designer in 1995 for a small advertising agency in the Baltimore suburbs where she learned to design websites using PageMill. Her skills expanded and grew as she continued working at various boutique design firms as graphic designer, web designer and creative director. She has designed websites, kiosks, interactive training, large-format posters, exhibits, art books, identity packages, posters, T-shirts, ads for social media and much more.

She is a graduate of James Madison University with a bachelor's degree in media arts, and holds a Master of Arts in Digital Arts from the Maryland Institute, College of Art.

She has volunteered for a number of community design collectives such as Girls Rock On The Web, AIGA Baltimore student portfolio reviews and UMBC's Center for Women in Technology.

Her personal work explores the concept of blog technology as a platform for the unspoken words we collect.

Schuster has taught graphic and web design at Northern Virginia Community College; Maryland Institute, College of Art; Howard Community College; and Stevenson University. She continues to help clients solve design problems through her company, DigitalJenn.
