Counseling, Advising and Retention Services (CARS)

WALK-IN ADVISING is available at the Arnold campus with no appointment necessary.

Appointments are always required at AMIL and GBTC (via OASIS).

CARS is the vehicle that gets you to your academic and career goals.  We offer academic advising, transfer information, personal counseling, educational workshops, career coaching, employment services, disability support services and more.  Stop in to find out how we can help you!

From the Menu select Self Services>Credit Students>Academic Profile>Evaluate Program Progress.

To meet with an academic advisor you will need your AACC student ID number.

No appointments needed or scheduled at this time.  Please arrive at least one hour before closing time to ensure that you will be seen.

Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m-1:00 p.m.

*All offices close at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 22.

ARUNDEL MILLS - Room 105: Advising sessions are always by appointment:

  • Currently registered credit students may log in to MyAACC and use OASIS, in the self-services area, to schedule an appointment or call 410-777-1905 for assistance.   

GLEN BURNIE TOWN CENTER- Room 217: Advising sessions are always by appointment:

  • Currently  registered credit students may log in to MyAACC and use OASIS, in the self-services area, to schedule an appointment or call 410-777-2945 for assistance .

FORT MEADE: Advising sessions are always by appointment:

  • Please call 410-777-1470 to schedule an appointment at Fort Meade.
