    4. Select "Apply for Institutional Scholarships."

Verification Worksheets:

Only submit a Verification Worksheet if you have already filed a FAFSA and have already been selected for verification. If you were selected, there will be a note on your Student Aid Report (SAR) and/or you will receive a letter from our office. If you were required to provide parent data on your FAFSA, you must submit a Dependent Worksheet. If you did not have to provide parent data, you must submit an Independent Worksheet. If you are not sure which worksheet to submit, please review the definition of Independent Student or contact our office.
