Schedule Changes
If you adjust your schedule after you apply for a semester’s VA benefits:
- Submit your schedule changes to the AACC Records Office, MyAACC web site, or STARS telephone registration (410-777-2241).
- You must submit an AACC VA Change of Schedule Form to the Student Financial Services Office.
- If you “withdraw” from a class after the college’s 100% Tuition Refund period and this withdrawal alters your VA benefit amount, the VA will ask you to repay all the benefits you received for the withdrawn classes unless you provide them with a “legitimate reason.” If you have “legitimate reasons,” fill out a “VA Statement in Support of Claim” (21-4138) form, attach relevant documentation, and mail it to the Department Of Veterans Affairs, P.O. Box 4616, Buffalo, NY 14240-4616.
