Department Policies

As an architecture, interior design, construction management or landscape student enrolled in our program, our first priority is to make sure you succeed in our courses. To facilitate this, we have developed Departmental Policies PDF that have been carefully developed over time to ensure your success in our program. These policies will also help prepare you for what is expected in the workforce as most of our expectations are also the same as employers. Students are required to review the policies thoroughly before signing the Student Verification of Course Syllabus and Department Policies PDF form. These policies apply to all courses in the department and are used by all faculty. Please refer to “Instructor Polices” in your individual syllabus for course and instructor specific policies. Remember, these policies are here to help you.

This Department Policy Web page is part of our department’s green initiative. Having these policies online verses including them in each printed course syllabus saves approximately 6,000 sheets of paper each semester. It also allows for students and faculty to access these documents at any time.
