Background and Experience:

• MD JUCO Coaches Association Coach of the Year for men's basketball - 2008-2009
• Coached the AACC women's basketball team for 10 years - 1990-2000
• Won the women's MD JUCO tournament in '94 (Div II) and in '97 (Div III)
• Finished seventh at the NJCAA women's national championship in '97
• Head coach for Broadneck HS varsity girls basketball and won the 4A championship, 1988-89
• Head coach for high school varsity boys at Thornton Friends School in Silver Springs, 1986-87
• Involved in local recreational sports for the past 20 years, coaching baseball, softball and basketball in the Cape St. Claire leagues, and select county basketball teams for boys and girls.
• United States Capitol Police Officer for 33 years
