Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Training

There is a nationwide shortage of commercial truck drivers in the United States. In fact, trucking is considered one of the hottest occupations well into the next decade. UPS, Yellow Freight System, Roadway Express and Consolidated Freightways are just a few of the regional trucking companies looking for well-trained, dedicated drivers. They offer competitive salaries, health benefits, bonuses and, most importantly, stable employment.

GET YOUR CDL IN JUST 3 WEEKS!

AACC has teamed up with All-State Career to offer Commercial Truck Driver Licensing training. A combination of classroom and behind the wheel driving instruction will prepare you to obtain a CDL Class A license in just 3 weeks or Class B license in 1 week.

Upon successful completion and graduation of the course, you will be prepared to obtain entry level employment capable of operating a commercial motor vehicle such as tractor trailers, heavy dump trucks, or any commercial vehicle in the excess of 26,001 lbs. You can also earn an AACC continuing education certificate. According to the Maryland Department of Labor, tractor trailer drivers can earn more than $35,000 per year. Thousands of jobs are available, so call today and reserve your seat.

Our truck driver training course features:

  • CDL-A training (heavy trucks and tractor-trailers)
  • CDL-B (straight trucks, dump trucks, passenger buses, and motor coaches)
  • Weekday and weekend classes 
  • Job placement assistance
  • Instructors have more than 6 million miles of experience and 250 years of experience combined

Requirements:

  • Minimum age - 18 years
  • Good driving record
  • Pass a medical examination and drug screen
  • Must obtain CDL driver's permit from the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration prior to enrolling
  • Willing to attend classroom training at the AACC campus in Glen Burnie as well as highway and driving range training in Baltimore
