Whether you’re training for a new career, adding to your current career skills or just interested in learning new things, AACC has something for everyone. Anyone 16 or older may take a continuing education course, and for our younger students we offer all kinds of Kids in College courses.
Classes are held days, evenings, weekends and online or a combination of both face-to-face and online called hybrid. Registration for each term begins four times a year and is ongoing throughout the term. Start and end dates vary course by course. For the most up-to-date course list, visit the college's course search areas of study page, or browse through one of our Noncredit Schedules of Classes. Then register online, or by fax, mail or in person. No application is required.
Get a better job or advance your career with courses and programs from business to welding. AACC offers continuing education certificate programs as well as industry certifications.
Learning is life long and you’re never too old or too young to take a class at AACC. With youth camps, senior courses and everything in between, you can learn a new skill, solve a problem, or just have fun.
What is Noncredit?
Most community college classes are either credit or noncredit. By credit we mean you earn credit toward an associate degree, certificate or letter of recognition. By noncredit we mean continuing education. Continuing education (or noncredit) courses cannot be used or transferred to a credit degree, but many noncredit job training and skill building courses lead to industry certifications or an AACC continuing education certification. So put it on your resume!
