Sushi at Home | Learn how the ancient sushi tradition is transformed into a culinary art form. Watch HCAT chef demonstrate how to assemble different sushi varieties. This course will introduce students to the art of sushi making. Explore varieties of sushi, materials needed, proper way of eating, and basic sushi making. Recipe packet will included instructions, recipes and grocery list. Students will be able to ask the chef questions and post their successes in the online classroom. $32+ includes $10 fee.
