Technical Call Center Representative

  • Seeking part-time customer service oriented people to answer and log technical calls related to college computers, hardware, software, network, and e-mail systems.
  • Approximately 20 hours a week. (Monday – Saturdays; mornings, afternoons and evenings) 
  • Requires H.S. diploma, 1-year customer service experience and basic computer proficiency.
