FINANCIAL AID CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Duties: Advise students on financial aid and veterans benefits. Assist with imaging confidential documents.
Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, working knowledge of financial aid and veterans educational benefits, and extensive customer service experience in a higher education environment. Must be flexible.
Hours: 20+ per week; additional hours may be required during peak registration periods.
Pay range: $12-$16
