All paperwork must be completed accurately to ensure timely payment of work performed. Requests for additional information or paperwork which is incomplete or missing required information may delay processing.
Please be prepared to provide documentation that establishes your identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. (in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986), no later than the first day of employment.

Please complete Section 1 of the I-9 form on or before your first day of work. Be prepared to show current unexpired document(s) from the attached list of acceptable documents.
W4 Federal Tax Form (Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate)

DIRECT DEPOSIT FORM
All employees are encouraged to take advantage of payroll direct deposit, whereby your paychecks are wired directly into your bank account each payday. Please complete the Direct Deposit Form and present with a voided check or deposit slip. With direct deposit, each pay period you will receive an email notification and can review your pay of advice online by logging onto MyAACC.

Transcripts - All undergraduate and graduate official college transcripts (official college transcripts being defined as original transcripts with the official college seal, mail from the college/university directly to the Associate Vice President for Learning).
