ESI/BPA 162 - Business Communications
3 credit hours - 3 hours weekly; 1 term.

A lecture and participative course covering all aspects of business communications. Focus on written reports and proposals, oral presentations including interviewing skills and persuasive proposals as well as computer communications including e-mail and business research on the Internet.

Note: Also offered as BPA 162; credit is not given for both ESI 162 and BPA 162.
