Beyond the Lemonade Stand

This program is designed for fledgling entrepreneurs during the summer months as part of AACC’s Kids In College Program. Student campers from grades 4^th through 7^th grade can attend. Fun and exciting learning activities are used to open young minds to the possibilities of business ownership. Student – campers get opportunities to work by themselves and in teams, under the guidance of ESU faculty members and E-Club or ESI student volunteers to conceive, design, and create TV Commercials (DVDs are sent home for parents to enjoy), flyers, brochures, websites, for the products they create. Art, salesmanship, professionalism, ethics, decision making, organizational, leadership, and cooperation skills are taught throughout the one week program. The highlight is a student managed working Sundae Factory on the final day.
