English Basic Skills courses are for students who have had minimal English training prior to attending class. Funding from the State of Maryland enables the college to offer integrated skill classes at no cost to Anne Arundel County residents. Courses integrate the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills necessary for everyday life. Classes are offered both during the day and evening at various locations across the county including the Brooklyn Park Senior Center, Glen Burnie Town Center, AACC at Arundel Mills, the Maryland City/Russett Library in Laurel, Lula Scott Center in South County, OIC Center and Centro de Ayuda on Forest Drive in Annapolis.
