ESL - English Basic Skills Courses
English Basic Skills courses are for students 16 years of age or older who have had minimal English training prior to attending class. A grant from the State of Maryland enables the college to offer integrated skill classes at no cost to students who reside in Anne Arundel County. Courses integrate the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills necessary for everyday life.

- Summer 2013 classes start July 8.
- Registration and placement occur on site.

Class Locations

Classes are offered both during the day and evening at various locations across the county including the Brooklyn Park Senior Center, Glen Burnie Town Center, AACC at Arundel Mills, the Maryland City/Russett Library in Laurel, North County High School, Mt. Olive Community Center, and Meade High School.
