Welcome to AACC!
For the second consecutive year, Anne Arundel Community College has been named one of the best colleges in the nation to work for by The Chronicle of Higher Education. AACC is also one of only 12 two-year community colleges and technical schools to make the Great Colleges “Honor Roll.”
Located outside historic Annapolis, Md. and within easy access to the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area, AACC employs more than 2,500 full- and part-time faculty and staff who support credit and noncredit students. About 38 percent of full-time faculty has doctorate degrees.
The college offers a comprehensive benefits package including retirement, life, disability, health, vision and dental insurance plans. Other options include flexible spending accounts, state employees’ credit union, tuition waivers and tuition reimbursement.
AACC is an equal opportunity, affirmative action institution. To learn more about working at AACC, call the Human Resources Department at 410-777-2425 or visit Employment at AACC to search available positions.
