Fitness and Recreational Sports

AACC's School of Continuing and Professional Studies offers a variety of ways to stay fit while having fun. The fitness classes range from Aquatic Fitness classes like Arthritis Aquatic and Swimming for Fitness; to Group Exercise classes like Aerobics, Basic Boot Camp, Butts and Guts, Embody Barre, Golf, Kayaking, Samba Aerobics, Self-Defense, Power Pump, Tennis and Zumba; to stress reduction classes like Yoga and Tai Chi. There is something for everyone!
