Come and experience AACC's top-of-the-line fitness classes and recreational activities throughout the year.

Aquatic Fitness
HTH-395 - Arthritis Aquatic Therapy
Designed for people who are limited by impaired joint motion and/or strength. Taught by Arthritis Foundation trained instructor.

ATC-387 - Hydro-Aerobic Toning and Conditioning
Exercise in the college pool using Hydro-Tone boots and belts.

AHL-371 - Swimming for Fitness 
Practice speed drills and improve your endurance through this masters-type swim program.

AHL-367 - Water Aerobics
For swimmers as well as nonswimmers, contributes to cardiovascular development, strength improvement, increased flexibility and proper weight maintenance.
 
Bicycling
BCY-500 - Road 1
Learn the basics of bicycles, proper attire and safety equipment.
