Robots exploring space may be in the future. This National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) website details the Robotics Alliance Project, whose goal is to develop the capabilities to implement robotic space exploration. The site includes resources for students and educators.

What is globalization? This Globalization 101 Web site presents a wealth of multidisciplinary information. The site is produced by the Levin Institute of The State University of New York.

Children are the hope of the future. This Maryland Department of Natural Resources Web site describes the Children in Nature Partnership. It seeks to enrich children's lives through outdoor experiences while helping them to become responsible stewards of the environment.

Check our Exploring the Future (FTR 105) course listing. This is a 3 credit-hour General Education course which also satisfies the diversity requirement. Fall Term registration is now over, but Spring Term registration will be available in November for both online and face-to-face classes.
