David Boschert is an adjunct professor for the History/Political Science Department and teaches PLS 121 "State and Local Government."  He is well known as an elected official, first serving two terms on the Anne Arundel County Council, and since 1996, as a member of the Anne Arundel County delegation to the General Assembly in his capacity as a delegate from legislative district 33B.  He resides in Crownsville.
