Human Services programs may be designated as Health Manpower Shortage Tuition Reduction Programs. This means that some residents of Maryland enrolled in one of these programs of study by the first day of the term may be eligible for in-county tuition rates for courses required for program completion.

The Human Services program is accredited through the Council for Standards in Human Service Education (CSHSE).
