Currently enrolled international students with an F-1 Visa must maintain an F-1 student status in order to comply with U.S. law and remain enrolled in Anne Arundel Community College.
Requirements to Maintiain F-1 Status
The requirements are extensive; therefore, it is imperative that you carefully review and make sure you are in compliance. The college must report updated information and violations of student status to the U.S. government uwing the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), an electronic tracking system, within 21 days of violation. It is the student’s responsibility to maintain legal status and abide by the regulations.
