Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Courses
Whether for your job or personal life, noncredit Excel courses can help you manage projects and keep yourself organized.
The following courses are offered throughout the year. For upcoming course dates, times, location and cost, visit AACC’s course search and select Noncredit for course type and Computer Technology (NC) as subject or enter the course number in the approriate box.
CTT-355 - Microsoft Excel Level 1
Create worksheets, formulas, functions and charts. Includes moving and copying data, using document management tools,working with data editing and formatting tools to improve worksheets’ appearance. Prerequisite: CPT 364.
CTT-356 - Microsoft Excel Level 2
Work with large workbooks, multiple worksheets and linking formulas. Includes viewing options, consolidating data, managing workbooks, linking worksheets, advanced chart option and advanced formatting tools. Prerequisite: CTT 355.
CTT-357 - Microsoft Excel Level 3
Use advanced features to analyze data. Includes advanced formulas, creating lookup and data tables, working with database tools and pivot tables. Import and export data and learn to use goal seeker and solver tools. Prerequisite: CTT 356.
OLN-323 - Introduction to Microsoft Excel for Windows ONLINE
Create workbooks, use worksheets, formulas and functions. Move and copy data,work with text and data enhancements to improve worksheets. Prerequisite: CPT 365.
OLN-324 - Intermediate Microsoft Excel for Windows ONLINE
Create graphs and databases. Develop queries and filters for data analysis. Study advanced functions for worksheets and databases. Covers advanced tools for problem solving, goal seeking, pivot tables and what-if analysis. Prerequisite: OLN 323.
