What is the job outlook?
Employment of graphic designers is expected to increase by 13 percent through 2018, which is about as fast as the average for all occupations. Individuals with website design and animation experience are projected to be in high demand, as the demand increases for design projects for interactive media, including websites and mobile phones. The average annual salary for graphic designers in Maryland is $55,900. The average salary for webmasters and administrators is $69,700.

What credentials can I earn?
Upon successful completion students earn an AACC continuing education certificate. To receive the certificate students complete and submit the form to our office. The form and instructions can be found at www.aacc.edu/coned/certificates.

What are the requirements?
Students must be 16 years old, have taken CPT 363 Computer Fundamentals or have a good working knowledge of directory and file structure knowledge in Windows 7, and the ability to work comfortably in Web browsers.
