Lean/World Class Manufacturing Training

Lean Master Facilitator Certification

Organizations on the lean journey benefit by having their own internal lean execution expert. The Lean Master Facilitator Certification is structured to prepare just that type of expert.

In addition to participants learning the lean tools, they are required to demonstrate their ability to get results using lean tools and techniques. This approach requires the participants to move into action (execution) resulting in a move beyond the knowledge transfer level. Furthermore, participants receive valuable mentoring on team building and team facilitation.

Imagine having an individual with the proven skill set to create a team-centered environment that unleashes the organization's untapped individual energy. Having an internal person with this knowledge and skill set will help an organization reach world-class performance quicker and help implement a continuous improvement mode of operation driving bottom line results.
