Residency Policy for Active Duty Military Personnel

Beginning with the Fall 2015 term, Active Duty Military personnel, regardless of where they reside or are stationed, will pay tuition at the in-county rate.  Verification of Active Duty military status must be presented to the Cashier’s Office at the time of initial payment (and/or submission of the Tuition Assistance form if applicable) each term.

State Authorization

State and federal regulations require legal authorization for post-secondary institutions to offer distance education programs and courses (online learning) to students who live outside the institution's home state while taking classes. If you currently reside outside of the state of Maryland, please review the list of states or territories where AACC is not able to accept students at this time. Go to AACC's State Authorization
