Take Your College Classes at AACC at Arundel Mills

If you live or work near Arundel Mills in Hanover, take your fall credit classes at Anne Arundel Community College’s state-of-the-art AACC at Arundel Mills facility.
Classes begin Monday, Aug. 29, for eight- and 15-week sessions. Thirteen-week classes start Monday, Sept. 12, and a second eight-week session begins Oct. 24. Other options include online and interactive courses, meeting Aug. 29-Dec. 18, telecourses offered Sept. 9-Dec. 18, a 15-week Weekend College session beginning Sept. 9 and a Winter Two-week term Jan. 3-13 for highly motivated students.
Choose from more than 170 courses. Day, evening and weekend classes are available. Take courses to complete your general education requirements, such as English, mathematics, music, biology, chemistry, physical science or psychology. Or, work on courses in your major, such as business, education, human services, criminal justice, legal studies, computer science or women’s studies.
AACC at Arundel Mills also is headquarters for the AACC University Consortium, four-year institutions that are partnering with AACC to facilitate transfer to one of their programs. Consortium members are the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, McDaniel College, University of Maryland University College and Villa Julie College.
A College Store offers books and supplies needed for classes that meet at AACC at Arundel Mills. Regular term hours are 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Mondays-Fridays; 4-7 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays. Special on-site book sales are available Aug. 22 to Sept. 10 from 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays; 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Fridays; and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays, Aug. 27 and Sept. 10.
The 77,700-square-foot classroom building is at 7009 Arundel Mills Circle. State-of-the-art technology includes data ports at each of seat in a lecture hall, plus eight computer labs and two science labs.
Registration is under way. Current and returning students can register using the Internet at myaacc.aacc.edu or the STARS touch-tone phone system, 410-777-2241, from 5 a.m. to midnight seven days a week.
Register in person at AACC at Arundel Mills from 8:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Fridays and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays.
New students seeking a degree or certificate may apply online or send an application by mail or by fax, but they must see an adviser before registering.
New students not seeking a degree may submit an application online, in person or by mail and their registration form in person or by mail.
