AACC Hosts Battle of the Bands

        Six local bands will face off March 5 at Anne Arundel Community College, where the Student Association Campus Activities Board is hosting its inaugural Battle of the Bands.

        This high-powered, musical faceoff runs from 8-11 p.m. in the Pascal Center for Performing Arts on the Arnold campus. Competing are:

• Instrumental band Dry Season 
• Point Blank
• Indie/folk performers Rudder North of Bowie 
• Folk rock performers Val Nebbia Band of Annapolis 
• Rock musicians Vista Saints of Annapolis
• Metalcore performers Whence Cometh Evil of Annapolis
