OZ Principle

Anne Arundel Community College, in partnership with Partners in Leadership is pleased to present the The Oz Principle® Accountability Training®.

Do you want to increase your organization's bottom line? Create a culture of accountability within your organization? Gain a better understaning of personal accountability? If so this seminar is for you!

The Oz Principle® Accountability Training®  is a lively, high energy session that provides you with the ready-to-use tools, and Best Practice skills that comprise the Steps To Accountability®, which are essential to achieving results. During the session, emphasis is placed on what the individual can do to impact results and each participant creates a Personal Accountability Plan for immediate implementation.

Workshop Objectives

  • Create greater personal accountability and ownership for results
  • Participants utilize various self-assessments to acknowledge the reality surrounding their current See It®, Own It®, Solve It®, Do It® attitudes and behaviors
  • Introduce the Steps To Accountability® and what it means to be Above the line® and Below The Line®
  • Learn to recognize Below The Line behavior and how to get back Above The Line
  • Introduce the LIFT Accountability Coaching® Model as a coaching tool to create greater accountability for results
  • Develop Personal Accountability Plans that identify specific actions needed to achieve results
