Nancy McCamish, M.A., A.T.R., is a child and adolescent art therapist in private practice. She is a graduate of The George Washington University Graduate Training Program in Art Therapy. She specializes in using the creative process of art making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional well being of children.

Tera Mikula, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical professional counselor and assistant professor of psychology at Anne Arundel Community College. She is a fellow at the Florida Postgraduate Sex Therapy Training Institute and has presented courses and seminars on topics relating to personal growth, human sexuality, low libido in women and sexual dysfunction.

Kathy Miller, L.C.P.C., is a family therapist in Annapolis. She has taught credit courses about human development at AACC and lectures extensively in the Baltimore-Washington area on parent-teen relationships.

Virginia Barnes Ricketts is pursuing a masters degree in Counseling and Psychology at Loyola College in Maryland. Her area of interest is health psychology with a focus on how individuals and families maintain health and cope with chronic disease.  

Lori Stello-Perez, Ph.D., NCSP, is a nationally certified school psychologist who specializes in early intervention and neuropsychology. She is an assistant professor of psychology at AACC and has served as an educational consultant to local school districts about issues affecting infants, children and youth.

Christina Schiavone, L.C.S.W.-C., is a licensed social worker with Anne Arundel County's Department of Social Services-Independent Living Unit. She is an adjunct professor of psychology at the college and is an independent consultant for Sheppard Pratt's community education programs.

Brandi R. Shepard, B.S., is a licensed architect who has written several articles about designing family living spaces. One of her interests is creating play areas that foster children's physical and psychological development. She is an instructor of Architecture and Interior Design at AACC.

Rachelle Tannenbaum, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the psychology department. She is editor of The Parenting Center's monthly online newsletter, and has previously worked with academically gifted children at The Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth.

Jerina Wainwright, Ph.D., is professor of psychology and a licensed professional counselor. She has taught parenting and family life education courses in a variety
of settings.

Kim West, L.C.S.W.-C., nationally known as "The Sleep Lady," is a psychotherapist with a special interest in children and sleep. She has appeared on radio and television talk shows discussing sleep problems in children. Her latest book about children and sleep is entitled "Good Night, Sleep Tight."

Matt Yeazel, L.C.S.W.-C., is a psychotherapist for children and adolescents who have severe mental illness. He is a professor in the psychology department at AACC as well as a consultant to The Parenting Center for bilingual parent education programs.
